The Central Women's Representative (German only) at BHT also offers comprehensive advice on the topic of 'becoming a professor':
- Short term: You want to apply or have already applied for an open position and want further information about the procedure or a check of your documents.
- Medium-term: You lack few requirements for an application e.g. experience in teaching.
- Long-term: You want to reorient yourself after completing your PhD, or you are already working and want to be informed of how not to lose track of your long-term goal to become a professor.
In addition to individual advice, the central women's representative also organizes events and offers other networking opportunities.
