Take part in an exchange program

Due to the present situation concerning the Covid-19 pandemic the International Office remains closed.

If you need to hand in documents, please send them as scanned files to incoming[at]beuth-hochschule.de, adding your phone number, so that we can reach you in case of further questions.

Nomination

The nomination deadline for exchange students is

  • May 1 for the winter semester (starts 2nd week of September) and
  • November 1 for the spring semester (starts 2nd week of March).

We recommend a German level of B1 in order to follow classes.

Application Procedure: The International Office of your University has to send by E-mail to incoming@beuth-hochschule.de the list of students selected to come to our university within the ERASMUS or bilateral exchange programme. This list must contain the following information:

  1. full name of student
  2. student's e-mail address
  3. sex and nationality
  4. place and date of birth
  5. field and level of studies
  6. period of stay (1st semester, 2nd semester or academic year)

Once we have received this information each nominated student will receive the application forms and information by e-mail.

Foreign students who would like to study regularly at Beuth Hochschule Berlin apply at the Studienverwaltung.
